Eligibility for returns/refunds

  • We accept returns or exchanges for defective or damaged items only.

  • If you ordered the wrong size or simply changed your mind, please contact us at [email protected] and we’ll advise if we can accommodate a return — note that this is not guaranteed.

Return window

  • Defects or damage must be reported within 30 calendar days from the date the order was marked as shipped.

How to initiate a return or exchange

  1. Email [email protected] with:

    • Your order number

    • A clear photo of the defect or damage

    • A brief description of the issue

  2. Our support team will respond within 1–2 business days with next steps and a return approval if applicable.

  3. Once approved, you will receive a return label (for Canadian returns) or shipping instructions (for US/International).

Return shipping & costs

  • For verified defective/damaged items: SK Co. will cover the return shipping cost for Canadian addresses. For U.S./international addresses we will provide pre-paid shipping where feasible or reimburse up to USD $10 / CAD $12 for return shipping.

  • For change-of-mind returns: you are responsible for the return shipping cost.

Condition of returned items

  • Returned items must be unused, with original tags, and in their original packaging (if applicable).

  • Items that are worn, washed, altered or without tags may be denied return or have a restocking fee applied.

Refunds / exchanges

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection.

  • If approved, we will process:

    • Exchange: we will dispatch a replacement size/variant (subject to availability).

    • Refund: we will refund the full product cost (excluding shipping) back to the original payment method within 5 business days. Credit-card refunds may take additional days per your bank.

  • If you selected a free shipping promotion originally and the return causes the order to fall below the threshold, the original shipping cost may be deducted.

Partial refunds

  • Items returned after 30 days, or items missing original tags or packaging, may be subject to partial refund or store credit, at our discretion.

Non-returnable items

  • Gift cards, downloadable products, clearance or final-sale items (marked explicitly) are not eligible for returns/refunds unless defective.

Late or missing refunds

  • If you have not received a refund yet, check your bank statement then contact your card issuer. If still missing, email [email protected] with your order number.
